My name is Holli Delp. I grew up volunteering at Animal Haven Shelter with my grandmother, which is where my passion for caring for animals began. My mom and I were always surrounded by countless cats and dogs to care for, and I now continue rescuing with my husband - in addition to rabbits, squirrels, and chipmunks, we have rescued 24 ferrets.
After 18 years working in the legal field, I realized that I wanted to make some changes. I began working for The Love of Paws, which allowed me to combine my career with my life-long love of caring for animals. In 2017, after working in the industry for 6 years, I realized my dream of purchasing the business and making it my own. A year later, I purchased another local pet-sitting business. I have now combined and expanded the two
businesses to serve double the number of pet families.
I have a wonderful team of carefully vetted pet companions that make it possible to
provide the best care for your pet. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry family members into our family

Hi, I’m Deedee, I have been working with and caring for animals for the past 30 years. I spent 14 years working as a veterinary assistant in Branford and assisted during their surgeries at the Central Hospital in New Haven.
Eventually I moved onto working for clients pet sitting & walking their furry friends.
I began working for For The Love Of Paws in 2017 and I enjoying meeting and caring for all clients and their furry friends!

Hello, I’m Kim! I’ve been a pet companion with For The Love of Paws since 2018.
I love meeting new animals and discovering their cute quirks and habits! I always
had cats growing up, and took any opportunity to play with and hang out with
dogs.
I found that working with animals was my passion and it led me to enroll in
Veterinary Technology school, where I am in my last semester. I am very excited
to begin working as a Veterinary Technician and bringing that expertise and experience
to pet sitting.
In my free time I love to play piano, read, take photographs.
Working with animals makes for great photo subjects.

Hi, I’m Jeff! As a retired Coast Guard Veteran with 20 years of active service, I
have always enjoyed being around and caring for all types of animals and
wildlife.
My wife and I started rescuing ferrets in 2007 and throughout the following 10 years we were able to give 24 little rascals a happy, loving home.
After joining the team in March 2021 and becoming a member of the family
business, I am thoroughly enjoying my second career with For the Love of Paws.
I can't imagine doing anything other than caring for the many new four-legged
friends that have now become a big part of my life. I spend my days being
greeted with an uplifted paw, or raised eyes asking to be pet or held, and I can
honestly say I can't remember a bad day at work.
Coming home to our own baby
girl, a beautiful Husky-Cattle Dog mix named Kinley is the perfect end to my
workday.
